Terence's London trip

Terence was in London for a week, preparing for Singapore day...
The house was in a mess and i were really "bo eng" for that week...
I had to rush the kids to school and to grandma's house myself, with Mei Mei cry at the back of the car, refusing to sit in her car seat. At the same time, i had to nag at the boys to tug in their shirts and eat their breakfast on the way to school!! What a busy and noisy morning.... Hahaha...
After work, I had to do some cleaning, coach the 2 boys with their school work and make Mei Mei sleep...
After putting the kids to bed, i still have to slog in front of my lappy until late at night...
To make things worst, Mei Mei wasn't in one of her better moods over the weekends and refused to take her am nap which she used to like very much... "wao kaoz" ~
Now, I am just glad that hubby is back!
Terence bought bears and buses for the boys, yes, its their fav!!

Mei Mei with all our gifts from the trip, she can't wait to munch the boys' toy bus already, haha...
Yes yes, a bag for me, a reward for me for my hard work this week:) Thanks dear!

Our Long weekend....

We can't wait to go to Tampines 1 that just opened on Thursday... :) Its soooooo crowded!!! Its really difficult to walk around there, and we left the place after having our late lunch...

Why late lunch?? Well, its So crowded that the food at some restaurants were sold out... Faint... We were all so hungry and was glad to settle down in Just Cheeze, but that was after about 15 minutes wait... The food was nice... :)

As usual, there's always a desert time!!

Celebrating my B'dae @ Breeks

Daddy and mummy with Mei Mei...

Brian and Brice checking out the menu, what should we eat??

Brice choose fish and chips, while Brian had pasta... :P
The boys enjoying their desert - chocolate fondue... :)

Mei Mei reading the menu?? haha...

Its a simple affair, we just had dinner @ Breeks and shop around taka... Terence wanted to get me a bare escentuals mineral powder set, but its so popular that its out of stock!! We had to come back another day... :(
In the end, we got toys for the kids...

Mei Mei @ 9 months, going to 10 months

We decided to start early reading with darling, so I took out Brice's phonics books and read out to her whenever i have the time, and she loves story time:) She would stop to listen for a while whenever i start to read, but its only for a while, coz after that, she would snatch away the story book! Haha.... At times, she would say "gaga", whenever i say the word Tiger.

Now, she can say "ma meh", which means mummy and sometimes, she will call me "ma ma" and she's very good in saying "pa pa" and "mom mom". "Mom mom" means eat... :P Whenever she refused to sit on the high chair, I would tell her, mummy give "mom mom".. Only then, she would readily sit down.
My grandma calls her "bao bei" and this weekend, we were all so surprised that she had learnt to say "bao bei a a a"!!
My grandma and my parents had also taught her how to wave good bye:) Whenever my mum says "bye bye!" and little bao bei will start waving her hand exciting... Haha... She's so funny!
Mei Mei loves the cards in my wallet, and will not hesitate to pull them all out whenever she sees them....

I suppose this little babe still doesn't know the dangers of the water and kept pushing me away, wanting to crawl into the water herself!

Now, she had also learnt that to get down from the bed or sofa, she needs to get her legs down first... First, she would find a target: someone sitting on the bed or sofa... Next, she would go to that person, hold on to that someone, and "ta ra"! Down she goes!
